Compulink’s Automated Appointment Waitlist
Alleviates the need for staff to fill canceled appointment slots. Based on practice’s preference (appointment type/date of future appointment/provider/etc.), Advantage Patient Experience will automatically text/call patients reminding them of their scheduled appointment, but alerting them that an earlier appointment is now available.
If the patient confirms they would like to take the earlier appointment slot, Advantage Patient Experience will automatically move them on the schedule helping ensure that the schedule remains as full as possible. Patients who do not have an appointment currently scheduled can also be reached out to first to take the time slot.
