Annual Fee Adjustments  

 

Dear Valued Compulink Client,  

We are adjusting our Advantage Partnership Services fee schedule for Compulink clients beginning January 2026. These updates will be reflected on your December 2025 statement for January services. 

2025 was a year of investment into our software and your experience. In 2025, we created more enhancements and functionality into the software than any year in our history. Our goal is to continuously add value to your Compulink experience.  To that end, we added over 1,700 requests to our feature/functionality. 

Our goal is to minimize fee increases. As such, we have increased our Cloud DISCOUNT to a record high of 17%. Please read below about the many advantages of Compulink’s Cloud offering. 

While even our staff sometimes refer to our Advantage Partnership Services fees as “support fees,” they provide so much more than just support. In addition to ongoing support, these fees cover all research, development, and additional product features and functionality, as well as government initiatives including additional Cures Act requirements and other industry requirements. Unlike many other vendors, Compulink never charges clients additional fees for updated versions 


Keep an eye out for Version 14 at the end of the year which will include
updated Cures Act requirements.

 

Cloud Discount and Promotion

Starting in December for your January invoice, we have made it more advantageous for your organization to convert to Advantage Cloud Services. We had 100% satisfaction rate from cloud clients who attended our user conference in November. Below are a few of the benefits that illustrate why we STRONGLY encourage ALL of our clients to join the majority of our client base and move to our Advantage Cloud if you have not already:

  • Our ability to provide services/patch updates/etc. for Cloud clients requires less resources and follow up while at the same time results in happier clients. We have increased our Cloud Support discount from 14% to 17% for an average 2025 support fee increase of only 4.66%, less than our on-premise server clients.
  • CHS will waive all setup costs for clients that move to CHS Cloud by January 31, 2026. Get signed up to move to the Advantage Cloud today!

Some of our new functionality requires us to charge a usage fee:

Portal Payments
With our new Portal user interface and payment processing functionality, we will be assessing a $0.25 fee for every portal payment.
Bi-Directional Texting
We have developed Bi-Directional Texting as part of our new Patient Portal. To cover additional expenses, we will be charging $0.02/text.
Faxing
To conform to industry norms, we will be initiating a fax charge of $0.05/fax to cover our usage costs. Our market research indicates the fees will be significantly below market.
