We are currently on track to begin Beta testing in Q3 2026.
When will the Web Application be in General Release?
The official General Release is targeted for Q1 2027.
What will the transition look like?
Will our data and logins be migrated? The transition is designed to be seamless. Because the new browser-based interface utilizes the same SQL dataset backend as our legacy product, there is no data migration required. Your existing information and login credentials will remain intact.
Will there be a cost for this transition?
Since there is no backend migration involved, there are no migration fees associated with moving to the browser-based interface.
Would it benefit me to move to our cloud hosting before the release?
Yes. Moving to the cloud is a required step for utilizing the browser based solution. Transitioning now allows you to take advantage of our Support Discount in the meantime and ensures your practice is ready for the new interface the moment it launches.
How can I volunteer to be a Beta tester for the new browser app?
To be considered for the Beta program, your practice must be hosted on our cloud. If you meet this requirement, please reach out to the Support Team to express your interest.
Will the pricing change from what we are paying now?
The pricing model at this time remains the same but we are exploring a Provider-Based pricing model as a potential option.
Will this affect our current partner interfaces or HL7 connections?
No. All current partner interfaces and HL7 connections will remain unaffected by the transition to the browser-based interface.
Information for Prospective Clients
If I purchase now, will I be installed on the legacy Windows app or the browser-based version?
Implementation depends on your timeline. Any installations scheduled before Q4 2026 will be on the Windows-based application.
If I want to wait for the browser-based version, when should I sign?
The ideal purchase date depends on several factors, including:
The volume of data you need converted.
Your target "Go-Live" date.
Your team’s availability to complete the required LMS (Learning Management System) training courses.
We recommend speaking with a representative to work backward from your desired launch date to create a custom implementation timeline.
